Pink Saturday

Welcome to Miss Beverly of How Sweet The Sound's Pink Saturdays !! Please go tell her Hi and visit the other Pink Bloggers :)

Well, I don't have much to show this week. I have been busy finishing up my swap baskets and cant spoil the surprise there ! :) So, I only took a few pictures for Pink Saturday :) Vintage Pink Satin tiny eggs :) And a few pink roses on China.

A few Faux Cookie Crosses that I am making into Banners for my shop.

Some of my Vintage 1950's Walker dolls that are waiting Patiently to be lovingly restored.
This one is an Effanbee, I bought her this Vintage dress. It is a tad big, but PERFECT for her sweet little rosebud face :) (which Mama needs to clean :) )
This one is unmarked, but fell IN LOVE with her :) She has the open mouth, which on some dolls is creepy, but she is far too sweet to ever be creepy, right ? Ooops, her eyelid is a little stuck in the picture, So Ok, a WEE bit creepy :)

These three are my Favorite !! They are Valentine dolls and very rare. The two smaller sisters are only 11" tall. I just found the one on the left a few months back on ebay and was shaking till the bidding was over with, I wanted her SO bad ! Luckily, I was the only bidder !
Well, those are my Pinks this week !!

Happy Spring !!!

Hugs,

Rhea

Hi Miss Rhea,

I didn't post early enough to get in on Pink Sat. Love your vintage dolls. I have a very old Shuman
(sp) composition doll, I believe is the name, and she has the open/close eyes, an open mouth, and little teeth! My girls think she is creepy too! I just took her to the doll hospital, to get her glass eyes put back in. They fell inside her head, and then she really did look creepy! lol Happy PS!

Hello Rhea :) Those sweet dolls are all dressed in their pink finery :) Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, and for your sweet comment! I've seen some of your listings with 2 of my pillows used for the background display :) Didn't I buy a set of Vintage wood hangers from you? They are painted pink and soft aqua blue. I have some sweet little vintage dresses displayed on 2 of them, and another has a vintage towel hanging from it. I just love them!

I'm now a follower of your pretty blog, and I will be coming back to visit often :) Thanks again, warmest, Brenda

Dear Miss Rhea,

I love your sweet vignette with all the pretty roses and those lovely pink vintage eggs. The pitcher is gorgeous! I love the crosses you made, they are so beautiful! Oh, the dolls are absolutely darling!!! I love them all, and you have a wonderful collection! Yes, she is too cute and sweet to be creepy. Some dolls do have the creepy look, but none of these darlings do! I had not seen any dolls like this before, thank you for sharing! I love how you call your Jake, Poppy man. That is so sweet.
Have a blessed day!
Love, Paula
