Blessings

When I brought this box in from the mailbox yesterday, I knew it was going to be special. Firstly, because it was from Ele , and secondly, when there is a pink flower on the Outside, you know that there must be pink on the inside. I had seen a Tussie Mussie that she had made for someone else and just loved it ! And asked her to make me one.

Wow !! There was definitely pink on the inside !! I just couldn't believe how much stuff she packed into here.
My Sweet Tussie, with its Vintage Rhinestone bow, surrounded by a vintage pink crochet potholder, a girly pink tag, yo yo's, vintage sheet music, an old pattern page, baby card ( How sweet is that !! ) , vintage lace and tulle, an old bird and paper roses and a recipe card. She also had packed into the Tussie a bag of saltwater taffy !

Well, I sat down and cried. Literally, I am not kidding. I have had a rough few weeks. My Dear Husband lost his job. I have been a bit depressed about it. He lost it on the day that I was given a " Nice Matters" award. I can't even begin to tell you how one Blessing after another has just rolled in, since it happened. His part time job that he had on the side, made Him full time, and they gave us health insurance. ( What a relief ! ) ( although we have taken a big pay cut ) Every single day, I have been showered with love and support. I am just bursting with love for my Savior, Jesus Christ right now. I am in such awe of the amount of love the He sends my way, and the sweet Angels, Like Ele, and Sharon, and all of my PHR sisters. Thank You , Thank You Ele !! ( Oh, by the way, After I had a good cry, I ate all of the candy ! Lol. :) )

Gorgeous Miss Ele is as beautiful on the inside as the outside. What a perfect pile of pink perfection she sent to you, everything is so pretty and just exactly in your taste. Blessings are heaped on the faithful, more than they can count.

Rhea, I am so sorry to hear about your hubby and job. I am sure you have already thought of this old saying but I know it to be true. When the Lord closes one door, he opens another...sometimes I think it takes a little while for us to figure the plan right??? I have been right in your shoes a few years ago and I know how very hard that pay cut can be.

What a wonderful uplift at just the right time! You are always so quick to give...it is so nice that you were able to receive some boxed up love when you needed it. Ele is a beauty inside and out.
Hugs to you,
Heather

Rhea,
Thank you for your sweet note on my blog. Please come let me hold your hand...I have survived and you will, too.

I have been so caught up in my woes that I have neglected all else this week. I'm sorry about your troubles, but isn't God good? May He continue to bless you! Pink hugs today,

Hi, 'Miss Rhea'! I am so glad you stopped by to say hi on my blog, and I am so glad that I came to yours today. I am so glad to hear your story; that sometimes when something we feel is horrible happens, it actually opens the door for us to see so many blessings :) Wishing you more joys to come-
