I have always liked tiny things. I think I get that from my Mom. I would spend hours at the beach looking for shells. Each sparkly find, a treasure. I have buttons galore ! My good friend Sharon, of sweetvictorianrose paints the sweetest vintage style enamel heart charms. I have collected these this past year, and my little bracelet is almost full. She paints the tiniest most perfect roses, with such an eye for detail. I drool over each new charm that she lists on her website. And now she is painting Buttons !!! I just bought some buttons from her and am eagerly awaiting receiving them. I have painted a few little buttons myself, The ones below, but they are not near as sweet as hers. I also made these sweet pansies. I didn't have the color ribbon I wanted so I painted it first in the soft shades of purple, and then gold for the center. I hand stitched them together. I cant wait to embellish a sachet or something sweet with them.
This one I painted, I added to a tag :)The rest of my buttons I sold in my treasure boxes on Etsy.
Smaller IS better !!
Love,
Miss Rhea
