Happy New Year !!!!

And Happy Pink Saturday !!! :) Thank you Beverly for being such a wonderful Hostess !! :) :)

2010 was a Great year :) Not so much health-wise for me, but in creating pretties and making new friends :) My goal was to get out there more and meet new people, and I did :)

January ~

I was in TWO awesome swaps with four very sweet girls :) Heather's @ Speckled Egg's "Petite Inspiration Valentine Swap" I made these wee boxes for my partners, Kathy, Cerri and Elyse. The second swap was Cathy's "Amour" Valentine swap and Lucky Me I got Cathy herself as a partner ! :) I made her a pink heart cake box.
February ~

I Oil Painted with my Mom that month, had a thoroughly wonderful Girls day painting. I love you Mom !!! :)March ~

I hosted my Very First Swap !!!! There were 72 members and it was a BLAST !! I definitely want to do this same one again this year, if you all are interested. :) Again, I had the Most Wonderful Partners !! Terri, Sarah, and Denise. These are the baskets I made from Yogurt cups. ( Girls start saving your yogurts :) )Each was filled with Five things. ( don't have a picture of the fifth thing and cant even remember what it was , lol !! :) ) I also made a lot for my shop. Easter is my FAVORITE time of the year and I could make things ALL year for this Holiday if I could :)Bunny Town, U.S.A :)April ~

Happy Spring !! And playing with Vintage China :)
May~

I was ill most of May, but I did get to share some pretty Roses I found thrifting :)
June ~

Didn't get much done this month either due to illness, But, I celebrated my 200th post and my three year Blogiversary ! Yippee ! Painted a another oil painting and made some cakes.July ~

Another Fun Swap with Tobi and Jennifer, as my Partners, for "Speckled Egg's Petite Inspiration Paris Matchbox Swap "August ~

Participated in Jenny and Aaron's Vintage Vacation Swap and had the super sweet Karen at Recycled Rita as my partner :)
September ~

I branched out and made some bejeweled necklaces and bracelets. This was also a great month of Vintage China finds at the Flea Markets :)
October ~

This was the month of Tutorials. Wanting to give back for ALL that you sweet ladies do for me with your kindness and friendships. I had hoped to do more , but couldn't. Although this NEW year I plan on sharing as much as I can with you, and hope to do tutorials every month :) I also added a new design to my line with my Vintage Tea Cup Sconces :) :)November ~

Crunch time. Every seller is covered in Glitter and Glue the month of November and I was NO exception. :) I made lots of Sparkly Pastel goodies for the shop :)
December ~

I was in another wonderful swap, hosted by Molly at Fleur de Bee and made my very first crown for my sweet partner Breezy :)And finished up the year with more pastel bottle brush trees. :)Thank you Jesus for another year , to have been able to do what I love and Love what I do, but mostly Thank you Jesus for all of the Wonderful Friends that you have Blessed me with along this Journey. For my Family and all of the Good health days :) Thank you for kicking cancer to the curb so far with my Mom. :)

in Your Precious Name..............Amen

First, thank you for your prayers for April.

I LOVE your recap of the year. You have been super busy, in spite of feeling bad for two (or more?) months. I hope all is well for you right now!

Wishing that 2011 is a great year for you and your family.

I also agree with what you said on the Black Swan post. The movie didn't appeal to me from the clips I saw, so I know we wouldn't have watched it any way. But you are right. We're letting Hollywood take us down the drain...in more ways than one. Thanks for speaking up!

Happy Pink Saturday.
