Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday !!! :)

As always, Thank you to Miss Beverly for hosting this awesome party every week :) Please go say Hi and check out the other Pink Bloggers this week.

I have a theme this week. It's all about TEA. Why Tea you ask ? You have to tune in on Tuesday to see my Tea inspired Tutorial :)

I found these little buggers thrifting with The Big Guy :)When I say little, I mean 2-3" high. I am still debating whether to use them in a project, or just tie a bow on them and use them on my Wee Christmas tree :)
Cute huh ?

More Tea, I found this sweetie this week thrifting as well. I love it, but The Big Guy might break it if I put it in the bathroom or Kitchen, so I will put it into my shop. I tell him he is like a Bull in the China shop. Hee Hee ! If you could see my big Hubby amidst my sweet shabby treasures you would know what I mean. 6'5", Italian, and sounds like Lurch on the phone. Lol !! Isn't it sweet ????These are for a special project I am working on. I found them last year , and another one with the same pattern, only with pink flowers.
And lastly, Not tea related, but I found this AWESOME Rococo Italian frame and couldn't wait to paint some pretty Pink roses and Forget-me-nots for it. :) I just LOVE these old frames and have several in our home with mirrors. This one actually has convex glass. You hardly see that anymore. Sorry for the glares here and there. I tried every which way to get a good photo and finally had to lay it down because of the curve in the glass.Look at all of the shabby, chippy, scrolly Love !! :) Yummy !!!
So, that is my PINK for this week.

Update on my Loved one. She has Radiation next Tuesday, and then a full body scan a week later to see if the Cancer has spread. We remain secure and hopeful in Our Lords Arms. Thank you so much sweet ladies that have prayed for her. I really treasure each of you :)

I visited this sweet ladies blog last week All Over Roses Please go say Hi and meet Denise if you haven't already. She is a sweetheart :)

Hugs,

Rhea

Oh my gosh that's so funny about Lurch! My hubby is a bull in a china shop too. LOL When he breaks something he says MY Bad! I'm not usually laughing either! Your little tea pots are precious. They would be adorable on a tree. Happy Pink Saturday! I'm coming to Vegas Friday. Going to see Barry Manilow. I love visiting Vegas! Have a great weekend!

Miss Rhea,
This is such a beautiful post. My husband is into old military and spray painting things camo green. LOL so, I understand a big guy being a bull in a China shop. Your pretties are simply breathtaking!

Hi Sweetie!!!
It was so nice to see you visiting and I am so remiss at getting back with you!

Gary's job is finally starting to look like he's getting into things. New possibilites, he may be spending more time in this area due to outsourcing work and he'd be managing it up here. So maybe only 1-2 days in Ft Wayne, instead of 5. God has been good. Still possibly a move next summer.

Thanks for you sweet comments on my newest goodies. Coming for you that mean's so much! Glad to see you feeling better and out in blog land again! I am praying for you and know we NEED to make contact soon!

Hugs n LOVE!
Lorena
