In The Pink

In the Pink !!! lol I got lots painted this week. Almost up to my old speed. :) I started physical therapy this week, for the residual issues from the Costo. My poor little muscles are wound up into a knot supporting the pain in my chest, so I get insurance paid massages. :) :) Ok, How COOL is That !!!! lol. And........My young Cute Dr. has been dubbed, Dr. Mc Dreamy as he does sort of have a Dempsey-ish charm. lol. Note to self............ don't wear the old holey comfy bra out in public anymore. lol !!! Sheesh !!!

I found this AWESOME old Curio cabinet, The clock and the Glass canister and was so proud of myself as I had remembered to take pictures of the Before's. Well, Guess what ?? I cleaned up the camera the other day and deleted them !! lol, So.....Picture this sweet little cabinet, dark ucky brown with red paper velvet backing before............and now after !!

This canister was just a plain old jar. Now it is Cute !! :)
The clock was cream, with lots of funky gold stenciling. Kaaaaaaaaaaaay . lol . Now it is PINK and has PINK Rhinestones !!! Yay !! lol

I went thrifting today and found some Great stuff !! I almost forgot I was in Vegas ! There is usually never this much great stuff all in one day here. :) Sadly most of the antique malls have closed here. These peeps just don't appreciate vintage !! I LOVE this great old peony print. It has the prettiest shade of pink in the background. The little frame is so sweet and scrolly. It has already been painted a chippy pink. :)

Oh My, Old Baby Shoes !!!! Gotta love that !!! :) And the old pottery southern belle. Sigh............................. :) Vintage lily of the valley, two old linen hand towels and some vintage pink tulle.

The creamer and sugar were an awesome deal. The handle is broken and had been reglued. I will treasure it anyways as it is SO me and So pretty !! :)

Look at how sweet she is . :)
I also bought some old sheet music too. :) I am a happy camper for sure today !! :)

Finally, I made another journal. I just love doing these as I get to combine all of my passions. Well, except sewing. I gave this pretty girl a flapper style hat, complete with hand painted forget me nots on it. I think this one is my favorite so far.

Well, that was it for this week. I did work on my craft room a bit this week. I am hoping to paint it soon, and then I will show you where I spend most of my time. hee hee !!
