Sweet Surprises And a Winter Wonderland

Well, Imagine my surprise when I received a package in the mail for Sweet Heather and her Sweet Mom, Kitty. Imagine my joy !!! These two sweet ladies sent me the nicest box of goodies, because I was so sick. I love you guys !! Sometimes someone does something so kind for you that it leaves you speechless. Well, I have been left speechless for about two months now by the Angels, I call my friends. I know I didn't deserve one single thing, you see, my cup runneth over a while back, and there is a river flowing now. I am choked up writing this, you just have no idea the effect all of this kindness has had on me. I honestly don't get it. Again, I just say Thank you, Thank You, although those are small words for such kindness. Heather made me this sweet ballerina. Look how pretty she is with her glitter and sweet forget-me-nots.
She made this beautiful tag with my name on it. Vintage paper and seam binding. I love it !! This beautiful pink millinery flower, three vials of glitter from her store. This silver is awesome, You need to get some of this !! Baby pom pom trim, a vintage pearl and rhinestone earring. Old postcards, Mica flakes, tulle, AND..........
Oh My Gosh, look at this wallpaper !!! Pink with Roses !!!! Oh Heather I love everything, Thank you sweet friend !!!!!!!
In the box was this pretty pink tin, That Kitty decorated for me, and she filled it with so much stuff !!!

Vintage Bridal cards, the most beautiful antique lace table round. Roses, and more roses. Vintage rhinestone earrings and buttons and charms. The cutest ballerina embellishments. Pink Ribbon with white polka dots. Labels and wish tickets and the sweetest old matchbox that says La Petite french blue and gold. I mean, One treasure after another. And it was all so carefully put together with me and my taste in mind. You both are so incredibly thought ful. I am truly humbled by you both. THANK YOU !! :)

Well, I actually went Runnin' with my mom yesterday. First time in over a month. I couldn't justify buying one more thing ( you should see my mess of a house right now.) BUT, I really couldn't let these PINK reindeer get away. I mean really, could you ? And I had to have the Santa for a project I am working on.
I put these sweet shadow boxes in my Etsy tonight. I made them almost two months ago, but I am excited and couldn't wait any longer. I am really jumping the gun on Christmas this year, but since I am not into Halloween, I just went straight to the good stuff. So, These are my Winter Wonderland Ice dancers !!! I love these, they started with some old Christmas cards, I think Swiss, or German. I have had these cards for years, I love the softness of them, in the pastel watercolors. I added a ton of glass glitter, and I just love them !!




I have made several more shadow boxes that I will be listing in the next few weeks. Everyone is unique and centered around a vintage card. Well, That is all of my news. :) Again, Thank you Kitty and Heather !!!
