Getting The Creativity Going

Well. I am feeling so much better !! It is amazing what the B.R.A.T. diet can do for your tummy. Banana's, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Yep, 7 full days of it. I am ready to go Knock off a Crispy Creme store !! Picture this, ski mask, dark glasses and a menopausal woman ambushing the local Burger King. " Give me the fries , and no one gets hurt !" lol. Seriously , I am excited to eat real food again. I think I have a few more days of this diet though before I can add other fruits, yogurt and maybe some pasta. What a treat it will be though !!
I have started working again, and am mowing my way through the paper stuff. I had so much fun making these tags for etsy, and I have made a few cards as well. I am also working on a few collages, and other neat things. It is so hard to stop once I get going, I glance over at the clock and it is 2:30 am. Where do the hours go ?







I just love these cards !! I made the envelopes to match. Not Very Christmasy, but I needed a break from all of the Christmas items I am finishing up. These just turned out so sweet !!
On another note, the last of our kids has moved out. He is renting a house with a few other boys. I have possession of a new craft room !! Yay !! We plan on painting it soon, and moving everything into it in the next week or two. How exciting to have all the Stash contained into one room. Our whole house sort of got taken over with ribbons, and papers, and fabric and paints. I don't know who did all that mess. Couldn't have been ME..................lol.

    Hi Rhea, I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. I know you will be so happy to eat real food again! That is also a very good sign that you are feeling much better too!

    I love your new creations. The tags are just adorable and the images you used are just perfect. LOVE the cards with those pretty envelopes!

    Yay for you about the craft room!!! Just dreamy that you can have a room all to yourself!!! I do the SAME thing when I am creating...last night was up til 2:00 working and looked at the clock and thought, oh my! I have to get up at 6:00 am with my older son but then can go back to sleep til around 8:30 or so with my little one. have a great day! xoxo Heather

    I can't believe it!! I can finally post on your blog. I can't tell you the number of times I tried and could not get it to stop with the little security warning box long enough to write a note.

    Glad to hear you are feeling better.
    Don't count on having that Craft Room for too long - those kids have a habit of coming back!! mine did. Every time I redo a room someone comes home. Gotta love em.
